Making the move from Year 6 into Year 7 can be a potentially daunting prospect for many young people.
They may perhaps be worried about going to a different school to their friends, wondering what it will be like to be the youngest in the School again, concerned about the level of work they may be expected to do, or just simply unsure about what life in a new School may be like.
Last week the Year 6 pupils in our Prep School had the opportunity participate in a live Teams meeting with the current Year 7 at our Senior School and get some of their questions about transition answered. As it was such a useful thing for the children, we decided to make a film version of it so that we could share it with our wider School community.
